We appreciated staff and location. Very comfy beds and central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel TV.

We loved this good central hotel, no complaints. The room was spotless and air-conditioned, included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from The Abbey.

The best central hotel we ever visited before now, check-in was good. Its location was very central, 700 feet from Lynch's Castle. We had a really comfortable experience.

The stay in a hotel in Galway City certainly was good value. The place was fairly clean, I liked its location and staff. The breakfast had plenty of options and included breads, toast, pancakes, cereal and oatmeal.

The place was good value. Staff and location were second to none, had a great stay in a very clean room and very friendly & helpful staff. I ate at a great restaurant on the ground floor. It had an exceptionally comfortable double bed and a clean bathroom.

This accommodation had a very central setting close to pubs a d shops. The self service breakfast was amazing and tasty, had toast, pancakes, cereal, slices of fresh bread and porridge.

Popular low-budget property with lovely friendly staff with the extremely apologetic manager.

The room was bright with a view and I loved the classic-style building.

I liked pretty poor staff, exquisite location. I had air conditioned and breathtaking twin room. The breakfast was delicious especially eggs, cereal and cheese they served were delightful! Easy check-in, late check-out.

We were there for 1 day, everything was very good, loved its perfect location very close to train station. The buffet breakfast included lots of meals.

Overall the best stay, very good value for money. Great hotel with lovely rooms and lovely gardens. Everyone was always available, supportive staff.

Simply perfect location and generally nice staff. Inexpensive hotel, 5 minutes' walk from the downtown. The breakfast was substantial and rich, we really enjoyed cereal, eggs and cheese. The pool was lovely and the garden - quiet.

Hotel's lobby was modern. We received decent service from the extremely cheerful staff. Had beautiful little room with Netflix and a fab comfy bed and the aquarium for a pleasant stay.

Hotel was so terrific. Satisfactory and top notch room, varied breakfast. Staff were happy to help, providing impeccable service. I visited the salad bar and tried the cold drinks.

Everything was perfectly fine, the room was immaculate, the location was handy. The room had climate control and good Internet plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. Staff were more than helpful, they are all reasonably good people. Had hot drinks in the night bar.

It was surely a really amazing stay. The hotel was not expensive, and I liked CHARMING staff and original room. A continental breakfast was a nice touch. Unbelievable location to salthill promenade. Pretty clean property and outstanding service.

Good value compared to other properties, and beautifully clean. Everything was superb and we had pleasant enough time. The triple room was amazingly comfortable, super comfy bed. The hotel itself was in a tourist area. The lounge bar was spacious with some very good food. Service was efficient as we had expected.

not far from galway city museum, 5 minutes' walk to galway train station. it was 400 feet from eyre square. public parking located nearby. galway city centre district won't disappoint you.
